Already a firm favourite with guitar players around the world, the Vintage® V100, has journeyed through the Vintage ProShop emerging now as the stunning V100 Green Alumitone.
Looking more than cool, with a high gloss back finish over the solid, bound mahogany body, solid carved mahogany top and one-piece mahogany neck, this beautiful guitar also features a 22 fret bound mahogany fingerboard as standard, whilst additional specs now include speed control knobs, 3ply green pearloid scratchplate and matching truss rod cover, and now loaded with a pair of Lace double coils from the company’s revolutionary Alumitone® pickup range.
With classy chrome surrounds and in a striking anodised green finish, these individual looking pickups paired with the V100's superior construction, deliver serious double-coil power with exceptional clarity, tone and with Lace's flagship low-noise performance.
For precise intonation and accurate stable tuning, hardware for the V100 Green Alumitone includes Grover® tulip machine heads, GraphTech nut and Wilkinson T.O.M bridge and, like all models in the series includes a full ProShop set up:
- Fret-level, crown and polish.
- Fingerboard dress and comfort treatment.
- Truss rod adjustment and set.
- Action height, radius, intonation and pickup height adjustment.
- Nut slot regulation.
Body:
Solid mahogany body with solid, carved mahogany top provides resonance, tone and ‘correct weight’ comfort. The Vintage V100 features a unique, evolutionary body shape, with a graceful descending bass side shoulder and an ingeniously-designed offset heel providing improved access to the upper reaches of the Fretboard.
Bridge:
Wilkinson T.O.M. enables fine-tuning of each string for superb intonation all over the fretboard.
Pickups:
A pair of Lace ultra low noise Alumitone® pickups, delivering classic double coil performance, finished in anodise red with chrome surrounds
Controls:
Twin master Volume and Tone controls with three-way pickup selector switch.
Machine heads:
Grover® tulip machine heads provide simple, effective action for maximum tuning stability.
