The aging process ventured by these talented craftsmen is pin-point accurate, with scuffs, abrasions and minor dings in all the worn areas. This includes hand-sanding regions of the original 3-tone Tobacco Sunburst finish on the top, back and sides, revealing areas of the alder body to represent a guitar that’s paid its dues on the live circuit for decades.
This unique aging process also extends to the amber-tinted, one-piece maple neck and headstock, hand-crafted blue pearloid 3 ply scratchplate, Wilkinson WJ55 machine heads, Wilkinson six saddle hardtail bridge and knurled metal chrome control knobs topped with ebony inlays.
