The solid bodied twin cutaway VS6PU3044 ProShop is based on the popular Vintage ReIssued Series VS6M, a guitar in itself that’s highly regarded amongst guitar players around the world. It’s also a showcase for the ProShop team of highly skilled craftsmen, who love to get down and dirty with the nitty gritty details, to emulate a seriously good looking guitar that’s been looked after, whilst being played within an inch of its life.
The original clear finish over the double cutaway, mahogany body has been carefully taken back by hand, adding with wear and tear abrasions in all the right places, then stained before a final cracked glazed top coat. For complete authenticity, all Wilkinson hardware, including both MWVC Double Coil pickups, T.O.M. bridge, tailpiece and vintage style machine heads have all received the ProShop teams expert aged effect. It’s the fine details that make the VS6PU3044 ProShop a real winner, nothing is overlooked, even the bound neck, nut and tulip machine head buttons have an uncanny yellowed-over-time appearance.
Aside from the attention to the fine details of the superb aesthetics, the VS6PU3044 ProShop comes with a Vintage ProShop Set-Up:
